Young Chul Joung

Young Chul Joung, age 55, of Abingdon, MD, died on February 5, 2010 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Seoul, South Korea, he was the son of the late Ki Sik Joung and Bok Soon Kang. He attended Emmorton Baptist Church and was a visiting minister of local churches. He created the Early Dawn Mission that benefited the Korean Community.

Mr. Joung is survived by his wife, Mija Joung of Abingdon, MD, who he married in 1984; son, Joseph Joung of Abingdon, MD; brothers, Kum Chul Joung and Young Sik Joung, both of South Korea; and sisters, Young Ya Joung, Young Sook Joung, and Young Lim Joung, all of South Korea.
