Yolanda Guevara Landes

On September 29, 2010, Yolanda Rosa Josefa Landes (nee Guevara), beloved wife of the late Woodrow Wilson Landes Sr., passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family, due to pancreatic cancer. She was 85 years young.

Yolanda was born in San Marcos de Colon, Honduras, Central America, on May 19, 1925. She was the mother of 7 children, a devoted mother to Jean Lynch and Husband, Gary Lynch, Anna Woods, Cristina Reynolds, and her late husband, Charles Reynolds, Judy Mullen, Woodrow Landes and partner, Barbara Fischer, Mollie King and her husband, Gary King, and Suzzette Liberatore. Yolanda is further survived by 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, many, many friends, and a host of many, many, many, family members throughout the United States and in Honduras, Central America.

Yolanda loved going to church, playing bingo, and loved steamed crabs. Her hobbies included cooking, crocheting, sewing, arts and crafts, shopping, and gardening (especially growing her roses, which she called her "babies".)
