WORLEY “JACK” BAKER, age 65, of Abingdon, died in St. Joseph Medical Center, Towson, on May 13, 2005. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Vinton Oscar and Alice Cornelia Worley Baker. He had worked for the French Bray Printing Company for 41 years as a paper cutter. He was known as the “Dollar Man” to his grandkids who he loved so much. He was very giving and appreciative. He enjoyed family get to gathers, traveling, and the Orioles and the Ravens. He was a lifetime member of the Masons.
Mr. Baker is survived by his wife of 45 years, Marie Baker; one son, Worley “Cliff” Baker, Jr. and his wife, Ellen, of Bel Air; two daughters, Kimberly Clayton and her husband, Richard, of Forest Hill and Stacy Metz and her husband, Lonnie, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania; six grandchildren, Vincent Ortiz of Dundalk, Calah Metz of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, Earl Clayton of Forest Hill, Lyle Clayton of Forest Hill, Austin Metz of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Savannah Metz of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania; and one great-grandchild, Alex Ortiz of Dundalk. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one grandchild, Faith Metz.
