Wilma ''Billie'' Pilachowski

WILMA "BILLIE" PILACHOWSKI, age 69, of Joppatowne, MD, died on July 20, 2008 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Myrtle Gertrude Akehurst Forrest and wife of the late Edward Joseph Pilachowski. She worked for Harford County Public Schools for 37 years where she was a baker at Edgewood High School. She enjoyed attending musicals at the school and loved working with the children, especially those with special needs. An avid Oriole fan, she enjoyed working in her garden and loved spending time with the family, especially her grandchildren.

Mrs. Pilachowski is survived by four children, Susan M. Golden and her husband, Thomas, of Felton, PA, Mark E. Pilachowski and his wife, Cathy, of Fallston, MD, Debra A. Briggs of Laurel, DE, and David Pilachowski of Delta, PA; and seven grandchildren, Stacey M. Golden, Jessica L. Golden, and Denise M. Golden, all of Felton, PA, Mark B. Pilachowski and Connie N. Pilachowski, both of Fallston, MD, David A. Pilachowski of Delta, PA, and Emily K. Briggs of Laurel, DE.
