Willis Jackson Pennington

Rev. Willis Jackson Pennington, age 74, of Street, MD, died on February 11, 2009 at his home. Born in Marion, VA, he was the son of the late Lillard Odell and Laura Gay Roark Pennington. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a longtime Harford County resident. He owned and operated his own tractor trailer for over 30 years.

Rev. Pennington is survived by his wife of 46 years, Sharon Adele Horn Pennington of Street, MD; sons, Chris E. Pennington of Street, MD and Jackie B. Pennington and wife, Sherry, of Bel Air, MD; daughter, Donna Blackburn and husband, Rev. Rick M. Blackburn, of Aberdeen, MD; brothers, Lawrence Pennington of Aberdeen, MD, Mitchell Pennington of Marion, VA, Jimmy Pennington of Abingdon, MD, Cecil Pennington of Edgewood, MD, and Jerry Pennington of Havre de Grace, MD; sisters, Jean Pennington of Abingdon, MD and Sandy Hutton of Marion, VA; thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Trevor, Dustan, Mitchell, Brian and Dakota Pennington, and Devin Blackburn.
