William Wayne Cox

July 29, 1946 — December 23, 2005

WILLIAM WAYNE COX, age 59, of Aberdeen, died in Harford Memorial Hospital on December 23, 2005. Born in Havre de Grace, he was the son of the late William Franklin and Clara Nevada Tibbs Cox. A lifelong resident of Harford County, he worked for the town of Aberdeen for over 10 years. He enjoyed playing ball, listening to country music and going fishing. He loved to work on his truck. He loved his grandchildren. He enjoyed being with his family and friends.

Mr. Cox is survived by his wife of 31 years, Yolanda Lou Coomes Cox; two sons, William W. Cox, Jr. of Kentucky and William S. Cox of Aberdeen; six daughters, Tammy Bryant-Ball of Virginia, Angel Friken of New York, Kimberly Baynard of Aberdeen, Carrie Fulks of Aberdeen, Alice Townsley of Glen Arm, and Michelle Swift of Conowingo; six brother, David Cox, Jack Cox, and Don Cox, all of Havre de Grace, Dennis Cox and Henry Cox, both of Aberdeen, and Eddie Cox of Pennsylvania; one sister, Donna Isom of Bel Air; and 25 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be: William S. Cox, Tilden Hencher, Donnie Johnson, Roy Baynard, Brian Townsley, and Ed Isom.
