William Thomas Rutledge

On August 17, 2011, William Thomas Rutledge, age 85, following a lengthy illness died in hospice care. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary Harvey Rutledge; son of the late James Bevard Rutledge, Sr. and Marian Wiley Rutledge; father of William Thomas Rutledge, Jr. Gail Spacco, and Carolyn Nabet; grandfather of Christie and Brandon Rutledge, Jessie and Gillian Spacco, Brian and Jennifer Ladan Nabet; great-grandfather of Dylan Rutledge, James Spacco, Brianna Nabet, and Caden Nabet; brother of Elizabeth Murphy, W. Wiley Rutledge, the late Anne Harkins, and the late Dr. James B. Rutledge, Jr. He is survived by numerous neices and nephews and cousins. Visitation will be Friday August 19, 2011, from 3-5 PM - 7-9 PM at the Kurtz Funeral Home 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084. Funeral Service will be held Saturday August 20, 2011 at 11 AM from the Bethel Presbyterian Church, 4135 Norrisville Road, White Hall, Maryland 21161. Interment in church cemetery. In lieu of flowers:
