William Taylor

May 5, 1933 — February 2, 2007

WILLIAM “BILL” TAYLOR, age 73, of Bel Air, MD, died on February 2, 2007 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born in Bel Air, Md, he was the son of the late Elmer Forest and Edna Dora Dolan Taylor. An Army veteran, he served our country during the Korean war. A lifelong resident of Harford County, he worked for Harford County Public Schools as a carpenter. His family said he enjoyed fishing.

Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife, Maude Elizabeth Taylor of Bel Air, MD; three sons, Tony Taylor of Hollywood, FL, Joe Taylor of Bel Air, MD and Don Taylor of Bel Air, MD; three daughters, Clare Jones of Bel Air, MD, Monie Edzik of Bel Air, MD and Trish Davis of West Virginia; fourteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and lifelong friend, for over sixty years, Harvey York of Forest Hill, MD.

Pallbearers will be Rocky Wingate, Eddie Jones, Zachary Taylor, Jake Taylor, Thom Taylor and Danny Taylor.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058 or Johns Hopkins Cardiology Dept., 600 N. Wolfe St., Baltimore, MD 21287.
