William Ruttinger

WILLIAM “BILL” H. RUTTINGER, age 80, of Fallston, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on October 20, 2003. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Henry Herman and Doris Rebecca Harper Ruttinger. He had retired after 30 years of service with General Motors as an inspector. He was a member of Fallston United Methodist Church and the Fallston V.F.W. He enjoyed going to flea markets. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during WW II.

Mr. Ruttinger is survived by his wife of 54 years, Evelyn M. Taylor Ruttinger; one daughter, Linda D. Tanner of Edgewood; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one son, William H. Ruttinger, Sr.
