William "Bill" Peyton, III

William "Bill" Peyton, III, age 64, of Joppa, Maryland, passed away on March 20, 2024, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. He was born in Baltimore City, Maryland, to Barbara (Elliott) Ayres and the late William Peyton, Jr., and was the beloved husband of Denise (Weeks) Peyton for 39 years. Bill was known for his passion for hunting and spent countless hours enjoying deer hunting and black powder turkey hunting. He also found immense joy in fishing and crabbing on the Bush River with his wife. Bill lived to go camping, he and Denise would take as many trips as they could to Western Maryland.

Bill leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He is survived by his sisters, Tina Ellifritz and family, Kathy Silverthorne, and family; brother, Charles Ayers, Jr., and family; many nieces and nephews who adored him; and brother-in-law, Dwayne Weeks and family. 

Those who knew Bill will remember him for his kind heart, and dedication to his family. Bill was a man of his word, and he was at his best when he was enjoying the outdoors. His presence will be deeply missed, but his joyful memories will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.
