William Paul Smallwood Sr.

William Paul Smallwood, 75, of Harford County, passed away October 12, 2015 at his family home. He was born to the late Mr. Stanley Elliott and Pauline Bruce Smallwood in Joppa, MD. He was a retiree, after 35 years of service, from Harford County Highways where he worked most of his adult life.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Dorothy Smallwood, his children: Willie Smallwood of Wichita, KS, William T. Smallwood of Joppa, MD, Doug Chisholm of Red Lion, PA, John Vanklei of Delta, PA and Sabrina Smallwood of Joppa, MD, a little knucklehead Jayden Smallwood; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Stanley, Jim and Douglas Smallwood.

Have comfort in knowing "Jehovah will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning, nor outcry, nor pain be anymore. Revelations 21:4.
