William Martin Corbin Jr., a resident of Edgewood, MD, died at the age of 71 on October 11, 2016 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. He was born in Atlantic City, NJ to William Martin and Pearl (Butler) Corbin. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served our country during the Vietnam War and was a member of the American Legion in Edgewood. He was a past Deacon at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church and Trinity Baptist Church both in Baltimore. He enjoyed Soul and Gospel Music and cooking. He had a giving heart and contributed to several charities that help those in need. His name can be found on the Civil Rights Foot Soldiers Memorial in Annapolis, MD.
Survivors include his wife, Stephannie Still-Corbin; his son, William M. Corbin III of Edgewood; his daughters, Yolanda Corbin-Graham of Pennsauken, NJ and Tonya Corbin of Philadelphia, PA; his brothers, Donald James of California, Wendell Corbin of New Jersey and Terrence Corbin of Texas; his sister, Sonia Corbin of New Jersey; and his grandchildren, Andrew and Monia´. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother and sister, Raymond Corbin and Marlene Crumpler.
