WILLIAM KYLE LOWE, age 72, of Bel Air, died at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on November 23, 2003. Born in Galax, Virginia, he was the son of the late Garnie Martin and Vida Rector Jennings Lowe. He had retired after 30 years of service from Aberdeen Proving Ground, Edgewood Area where he was a machinist. He was a past commander of the American Legion Post 39 in Bel Air, a past member of the Upper Falls Odd Fellows, and a member of the Double Duce Motorcycle Club. He was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church. He was a softball coach for the Parks and Recreation and the American Legion Post 39.
Mr. Lowe is survived by his wife of 48 years, Elizabeth M. Bangledorf Lowe; two daughters, Donna J. Lowe Smith of Bel Air; Pamela M. Lowe Allgeier of Bel Air; five grandchildren, Ronald J. Clontz, Jr.; Derrick L. Smith; Jessie W. Mayes; Shawn P. Mayes; Amanda M. Mayes; two-step grandchildren, Lori L. Allgeier; and Kari L. Allgeier, all of Bel Air.
Pallbearers will be: Ronald J. Clontz, Jr., Derrick L. Smith, Jessie W. Mayes, Shawn P. Mayes, William H. Bangledorf, and Jack Frye.
