William Joseph Moore

William Joseph Moore, age 69, of Bel Air, MD, died on January 4, 2009 at Bel Air Health and Rehabilitation in Bel Air, MD. Born in Cumberland, MD, he was the son of the late Claude Maxwell and Helen Catherine Currthers Moore. A 1956 graduate of Aberdeen High School, he had owned and operated a butcher shop in the Chicago area. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and competing in dart competitions. He also enjoyed attending services at Mountain Christian Church.

Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, Patricia Moore; children, Shari Lee Moore, David Joseph Moore, Carole Allison Vicroy, Brenda Lee Moore, Robert William Moore, and William Robert Moore; brothers, Paul Maxwell Moore and Richard Claude Moore; sister, Helen Lucille Schnyder; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one grandchild.
