William J. Lewis Jr.

William J. Lewis Jr., age 93, of Conowingo, MD passed away on March 27, 2018 at Hart Heritage Estates in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Johnstown, PA, he was the son of William James Sr. and Ruth Lewis and was the husband of Nellie Elizabeth Lewis. He was a man of many facets, from serving his country in the Navy during WWII to raising his family. His faith in Lord Jesus carried him through all of life’s events. From being a cowboy to a special father and friend, he will always be with us and will truly be missed.

Mr. Lewis, Jr. is survived by daughter, Carol Lee Lewis; grandchildren, Rebekah Elizabeth Taylor, Fred Robert Taylor, III and Rachel Dion Lewis; and sister, Mary Keller.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his son, William James Lewis, III.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Victorious Faith Fellowship at a later date.
