William H. ''Chuck'' Mcgreevy Jr.

William H. "Chuck" McGreevy, Jr., age 71, of Bel Air, MD passed away on December 14, 2018 at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of William Hugh and Leona Evelyn (Darnell) McGreevy and husband of the late M. Evelyn McGreevy. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran serving in Vietnam. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service where he worked as a mail handler at BWI Airport. He was a member of Bel Air American Legion. William loved watching all sports, especially University of Maryland basketball and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Mr. McGreevy is survived by son, Michael S. McGreevy of Rehoboth Beach, DE; daughter, Carrie T. Kane of Baltimore; two step-sons, Michael J. Hash of Bel Air and Jonathan Hash of Baltimore; two granddaughters, Madelyn McGreevy and Melissa Wolnitzek; two grandsons, J. Ambrose Hash and M. Thane Hash; three great grandchildren; brother, J. Thomas McGreevy of Glen Burnie; and two sisters, Nancy Shockey and Ginny McGreevy-Ringley both of Severna Park.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by brother, Danny McGreevy.
