William Edwin Keithley

William Edwin Keithley, age 63, of Abingdon, MD, died on November 16, 2010 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of the late Adam James and Mabel Grace Sanders Keithley. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he served our country during the Vietnam War. He retired, after 32 years, from Aberdeen Proving Ground, where he was an engineering technician, and also worked as an engineer consultant for Service Engineering in Belcamp. He received many awards during his career.

Mr. Keithley is survived by his wife of 44 years, Tina M. Keithley, of Abingdon, MD; son, William T. Keithley of Abingdon, MD; daughter, Melissa A. Taylor and husband, Mark, of Fairmont, WV; brother, James A. Keithley and wife, Ruth, of Delta, PA; sisters, Ruth Bloom of Spokane, WA, Shirley Keithley of Baltimore, MD, Linda Fisher and husband, Dan, of Fayetteville, NC, and Nancy Alexander and husband, Jim, of Stafford, VA; and two grandchildren, Nicholas Klotz of Abingdon, MD and Meghan Lotvedt of Fries, VA.
