William Edward Moore

William Edward Moore, age 61, of Joppa, MD passed away from Acute Myocardial Infarction on June 3, 2012 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in East Falls Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Matthew Thomas and Marion Francis Brady Moore. Bill was a man of great faith and very involved with his family which he considered his first priority. He was employed with Grainger for 43 years as well as an honorary member of the Joppatowne VFW and an active member of St. Stephens Catholic Church.

Bill is survived by his daughter, Dorothy Jean Moore; sons, Matthew Thomas Moore II and his wife, Lori Jo and William Edward Moore II; step-daughter, Carrie Dorman; brothers, Robert Moore and wife Peggy and Thomas Moore and wife Nancy; sister, Margaret Smith, all of Pennsylvania; and grandchildren, Emily Roman, Xander Moore, Jonathan Moore, Matthew Thomas Moore III, Kali Moore, Izyah Moore, Michael Fowler and Kara Fowler.

Visitation will be held at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Bradshaw, MD on Saturday, June 9, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church on Saturday at 12 noon with Rev. Lawrence F. Kolson officiating. A delayed Christian burial will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Roslyn, PA on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 11 a.m.
