William Dinka

William Dinka, age 85, of Port Deposit, MD, died on May 7, 2011 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, MD. Born in Binghamton, NY, he was the son of the late John and Megdelena Machlica Dinka and husband, for 48 years, of the late Mary Dinka. A veteran of the U.S. Marines, he served in the Pacific during WWII. A resident of Beverly Hills, FL for 34 years, he liked to dance, carve, and work with his hands. He loved his family very much.

Mr. Dinka is survived by his daughter, Lynda Thurston and husband, Roy, of Port Deposit, MD; grandson, Christopher Hoover and wife, Angela; great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Cassidy Hoover; and nephew, James "Bucky" Sexton III of Shrewsbury, PA.
