William C. Smith Jr.

William C. Smith Jr., age 85, of Middle River, Maryland passed away on December 4, 2020 at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of William and Sarah (Bauer) Smith and husband of the late Annette L. Smith. He was a member of Victory Villa Senior Center, the local VFW and Moose Lodge. He also enjoyed hanging out on the water and the promenade in Havre de Grace.

William is survived by his children, Karen Jacobs of Middle River, William (Phyllis) G. Smith of Essex and Leslie (Michael) Sahady of Abingdon; grandchildren, Stephanie (Patrick) Borkowicz, Tyler-Stephen T. Sahady and Shelby Morgan Sahady; great-granddaughter, Sarah Kaden Borkowicz; sister, Phyllis Gilpin; brother, Gary Smith; and long-time companion, Carole Sealover.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his sister, Alice Celozzi and his dogs, Sparkie and Chely.
