William ''Buddy'' Vincent Hamby Jr.

William "Buddy" Vincent Hamby Jr., age 64, of Street, MD, passed away on November 23, 2011 at his son and daughter-in-law's home in Street, MD after a nearly three year battle with Leukemia. His last days were spent surrounded by his wife and family. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he is the son of Alice Rebecca Hanson Keller of Bel Air, MD and the late William Vincent Hamby Sr. A veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard he worked in automotive sales after retiring from the family's insurance business.

Mr. Hamby is survived by his wife of 42 years, Linda Marie Ayres Hamby of Street, MD; son, William "Bill" Vincent Hamby III and wife, Gina, of Street, MD; four grandsons, Ryan, Luke, Billy and Josh Hamby all of Street, MD; and stepfather, James Dale Keller of Bel Air, MD.
