William ''Bill'' T. Brooks

William "Bill" T. Brooks, age 84, of Aberdeen, Maryland passed away on February 26, 2017 at his home. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Joseph W. and Marie V. (Remesch) Brooks and was the husband of the late Carolyn Dorothy Brooks. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served our country during the Korean War. He retired, after 35 years of service, from Edgewood Arsenal and then spent time traveling with his wife. He loved keeping busy and enjoyed volunteering at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin MD. He had a love for trains, working on cars, woodworking and putting together puzzles. He enjoyed working in his vegetable and flower gardens. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Mr. Brooks is survived by sons, William T. Brooks, Jr. of Owings Mills and Kevin G. Brooks, Sr. of Edgewood; daughters, Nancy Carol Pushkin of Lutherville and Michele L. Jenkins of Baltimore; sisters, Vera Leyhe of SC and Madeline Brooks; and grandchildren, Jessie Brooks, Brittany Brooks, Kaitlyn Jenkins, Nicholas Jenkins and Kevin Brooks, Jr.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Frances Whittington, Joseph Brooks Jr. and Patricia Brooks.
