William "Bill" Norris

William "Bill" Norris, age 79, of Fallston, MD, passed away on August 13, 2014 at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late George William Norris and Elizabeth McAuliffe Shea. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Marines and applied the words Semper Fi (Always Faithful) to all of the relationships in his life. He was an insurance recovery specialist. He loved the Marines, sports, anything Irish and John Deere Tractors. For many years, he had helped his wife and daughter with their business, Heritage Interiors. God, country and family were everything to him.

Mr. Norris is survived by his wife of 58 years, Joan Rosalie Trageser Norris; daughter, Susan Patti and husband, Thomas, of Bel Air; and granddaughter, Christina Faith Patti of Forest Hill and extended family Matt Browe of Forest Hill. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his stepfather, John Shea.
