William "Bill" Frank

William "Bill" Frank, 42, of Belcamp, MD passed away on October 12, 2015 at Carroll County General Hospital in Westminster, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD he was the son of the late Joseph Cleveland Frank and Gail Ann (Yoder) Frank.

Mr. Frank is survived by his wife, Renee Frank; son, Christopher James Frank; daughter, Kaitlyn Cheyenne Frank; and brother, Derek Frank.
