Grandfather of Elizabeth Saffell, Daniel Saffell, Rachel Saffell, Maxfield Saffell, Anna Sutera. Funeral Service will be Friday July 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM from the Jarrettsville United Methodist Church, 1737 West Jarrettsville Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084.
