William "Bill" Beyer Sr.

William "Bill" Beyer Sr., age 84, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on July 4, 2022 at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, he was the son of Otto Beyer and Ada Beyer. He worked for Continental Can Company, in Baltimore, for 25 years. He loved working outside in the yard and tending to his property. Bill was extremely handy and enjoyed tinkering as well as repairing things around the house. He loved sports, was an avid historian, and a great storyteller. He loved to share about his past life and experiences.  

William is survived by his daughters, Deborah Canning and Frances Townsend; son, Steven Beyer; grandchildren, Jackie Beyer, Steven R. Beyer, Jr., Yvonne Deck, Jonathan Canning and Christina Canning; great grandchild, Kayleigh Canning; brother, Larry Beyer; sister, Carolyn Fields; former wife, Kathleen Beyer; and dear friend, Kathy Ryan. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, William Beyer, Jr., former wife, Paulette Elizabeth McDougall and grandchild, William H. Beyer III.
