William A. Benedetto, Jr.

William Arthur Benedetto, Jr., age 73, of Millsboro, DE; passed away on November 24, 2022. He spent 22 years as a sworn member of the Baltimore County Police Department. Upon retirement, he worked in the field of executive protection. Since retiring he enjoyed spending his time with family, friends and working on his 1946 Chevy pickup truck. He was an active member of the Association of Baltimore County Retired Police, Son of the American Legion Post 39 and Bel Air Moose Lodge 1952. He was the devoted husband of Vivian Benedetto, and father of Tina M. Wright and Tricia L. Nilles.

In addition to his wife and daughters, William is also survived by his grandchildren, Jeremy Wright, Maddelyn, Hanna, and Victoria Nilles; brother, Robert A. Benedetto, Sr.; sister-in-law, Sandra M. Benedetto; and nephews, nieces, and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Williams Arthur Sr. and Candida Benedetto and his sister Denise A. Benedetto.
