Willard Gene Jennings

WILLARD GENE JENNINGS, age 77, of Churchville, MD, died on March 10, 2008 at his home. Born in Darlington, MD, he was the son of the late Joseph Emmett and Ada Boyles Jennings. An Army veteran, he worked 40 years on Aberdeen Proving Ground in the Foreign Science and Technology Center as an ordinance specialist. A lifelong resident of Harford County, he attended Emmorton Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening.

Mr. Jennings is survived by his wife of 53 years, Doris Lee Rose Jennings of Churchville, MD; a son, Dwayne W. Jennings of Reston, VA; and a brother, Robert Jennings of Bel Air, MD. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two sisters, Aileen Fortner and Doris Wreede.
