Willard E. "Willie" Caudill, 83, of Perryville, MD, passed away on July 30, 2015 at his home. Born in Bel Air, MD, he was the son of the late Walter Talmadge Caudill and Ora Elizabeth (Rhoads) Caudill, and husband of the late Nannie Mae (Fortner) Caudill. He was a SSGT in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, and he retired after 35 years as an Engineer Technician for BRL/ATC at Aberdeen Proving Ground. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to go fishing, hunting, and crabbing aboard his boat the "Wild Turkey". He was a member of the National Rifle Association, Ducks Unlimited, the American Legion and the VFW. He was a devoted family member and had a zest for life.
Mr. Caudill is survived by his son, Danny Caudill of Pensacola, FL; daughters, Bonnie L. Lasley and husband, Gordon, of Bel Air and Janie Tome and husband, Jeffrey, of Red Lion, PA; sister, Janell Miller of Bel Air; grandchildren, Christopher Young and his wife Abriana, William Lasley, Kristen Flowers and her husband Lamar and Joshua Ward and Brittany Magilke and great-grandchildren, Ayden Lasley, McKinley Ward, Khalessi Young, Presley Ward and Dharma Young. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by brothers Walter, Gene and sister Eleanor.
Pallbearers will be Gordon L. Lasley, Jeffrey Tome, Christopher Young, Ayden Lasley, Brian Miller, Larry Hill, Joel Caudill and Denny L. Dennison, Jr.
