Wes Ramsey

WES RAMSEY, age 66, of Conowingo, died in Harrisburg Hospital, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on August 7, 2004. Born in Huntington, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Luther Hannon and Beulah Margaret Newsome Ramsey. He had retired from the Ohio Public Schools where he had worked as an assistant superintendent. He was a member of the Fallston Presbyterian Church and was the choir director. He was an avid gardener, enjoyed animals and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Ramsey is survived by two daughters, Terri L. Ramsey and her husband, Mark Hein of Cincinnati, Ohio; Misti L. Wiebking and her husband, Stephen W. Wiebking of Conowingo; two grandchildren, Mason W. Moore of Conowingo; and Mollie H. Gould of Conowingo. Also survived by two cousins, Linda Black of Barboursville, West Virginia; Mary Ann Holley of Loundin, Ohio; and nephew, Shan Rodgers and his wife, Cindy of Gahanna, Ohio.

Pallbearers were: Shan Rodgers, Stephen Wiebking, Thomas Wiebking, Thomas Wiebking, Jr., Mason Moore, and Mark Hein.
