Wayne Novak

Wayne Novak, age 61, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on March 5, 2012 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Robert and Lillian Lutz Novak. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he had worked for over 20 years at Cummins-Allison Corporation as their Baltimore Branch Manager. He was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church and was the family "camera man" taking pictures at all sporting and family events.

Mr. Novak is survived by his wife of 19 years, Patricia A. Novak of Bel Air, MD; son, Daniel Proulx of Hanover, MD; daughter, Melissa Dethlefsen and husband, Albert, of Bel Air, MD; brother, Ray Novak of Baltimore, MD; sister, Linda Knight of Ocean City, MD; grandson, Benjamin Dethlefsen; and his loving companion, his dog Harry.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Ignatius Historic Catholic Church in Forest Hill, MD on Friday, March 9, 2012 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Timothy Baer officiating.
