Warren William Ferger

Warren William Ferger, age 78, of Edgewood, MD, passed away on March 15, 2014 at Genesis Multi Medical Center in Towson, MD. Born in New York, NY, he was the son of the late Phillip John and Hazel Cody Ferger and husband of the late Ruth E. (Gunn) Ferger. A career soldier, he retired as a Staff Sergeant from the U.S. Army where he served in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was an active member of the VFW Post #5337 in Abingdon and American Legion Post #128 in Aberdeen. He was also a member of the Korean War Veterans of America.

Mr. Ferger is survived by his son, Stephen P. Ferger of Bel Air; daughters, Tammy L. Keyes of Aberdeen and Denise M. Hellman of Arkansas; grandchildren, Rodney A., Tyler, and Kevin Ferger; and great-grandchildren, Ashton Ferger and Kaydon Ferger.
