Ward Bryant Bauguess, of Bel Air, MD, died at the age of 90 on November 21, 2016 at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. He was born in Rocks, MD to Blaine McKinley Bauguess and Victoria Ruth (Quillen) Bauguess. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served our country during WWII. He was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church and had worked as a barber. He was also a member of The Ragtime Boys and played guitar at nursing homes and retirement homes.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen T. Bauguess; his daughters, Barbara Lee Juba and husband, Allan, and Beverly L. Childers and husband, Steve; grandchildren, Jennifer and husband, Dave, Jonathan, Rebecca, David and wife, Heather, and Victoria; great-grandchildren, Joshua, Miah and Meadow; siblings, Willard, George and Jeanette; and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Helen and Vida.
