Wanda "Nannie" Mullins

On January 1, 2024 Wanda Opal Caudill Mullins, affectionately known better as Nannie was reunited with her blue eyed sweetheart, Sam in Heaven when her Lord and Savior called her home. She was surrounded by loved ones as she took the Lord’s hand and entered into eternity.

Nannie will be missed terribly by us all: daughters Barb and her husband Norm Meadows, Sharon Sowards and fiancé’ Rob Grant; 8 grandchildren John Meadows and fiancé’ Jamie Mitchell, Joshua Meadows and wife Chrissy, Sam Meadows and wife Laina, Shane Meadows and wife Kali, Sheena Adcock and husband Jeremy, Jacob Cullum and fiancé’ Kaylee Holliger, Sierra Cullum, Scott Sowards; and 15 great- grandchildren JJ, Mikayla, Anabel, Austin, Jordyn, Malaki, Kylie, Linkin, Maddie, Sammy Meadows, Cameron Waid, Andrew Adcock, Skylar Freeman, Hannah Adcock, and Hayden Stiles. Nannie is also survived by sisters Shirley Semones and Mary French and many nieces and nephews.

Nannie was born in Grayson County, Virginia on September 8, 1940 to John and Nell (Lowe) Caudill. We rest in knowing she is reunited with them as well as her Sisters Reba Crouse and Bonnie Rector.

Visitation will be held at McComas Funeral Home, 1317 Cokesbury Road, Abingdon, MD on Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM.  Service will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024 at 10 AM at McComas Funeral Home. Officiating will be Pastor Matt Gullion. Interment will be at Highview Memorial Gardens in Fallston.
