Wanda L. Harris

WANDA L. HARRIS, age 67, of Joppa, died at her home on December 14, 2004. Born in Panther, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Stewart and Alice Roberts Vance. She had retired from Harford County Public Schools after 20 years of service where she was a custodian at Edgewood Middle School. She was a member of Edgewood Assembly of God and was an avid gardener.

Mrs. Harris is survived by her husband of 45 years as of May 2, 2004, Hayes “Buster” Harris III; a son, Hayes “Buck” Harris IV of Belcamp; two daughters, Anita L. Hinkle of Bel Air and Janis “Peanut” K. Rivers of Joppa; a brother, Mark E. Vance of Rogersville, Tennessee; a sister, Victoria A. Barnes of Jacksonville, Florida; six grandchildren; and a great grandson. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Rickey E. Harris.

Pallbearers will be: Buck Harris IV, Rickey E. Harris, Jr., Paul Harris, Shelly Crookshanks, Hayes W. Shunk and Anthony Shunk.
