Wanda Kay Cornwell

July 27, 1948 — March 29, 2025

Wanda Kay Cornwell, age 76, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away on March 29, 2025, at her home. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, she was the daughter of Cecil Elihu Cornwell and Jeanette Allene (Cox) Cornwell.

In her younger years, Wanda enjoyed playing softball and pursuing photography. She had a passion for working with tools and took pride in building things by hand. She also loved riding motorcycles and spending time maintaining her yard, often seen on her riding lawn mower.

Wanda is survived by her sisters, Annette Townsend, Phyllis (Paul) Palazzi, and Lea (Paul) Bull; her dear friend, Paula Yutzy; nieces, Lisa (Kevin) Clark and Tracy (Ed) Cabana; and nephews, Norman A. Jones, Bryan (Kathleen) Bull, Sean Bull, and Paul (Kim) Bull Jr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gareth D. Cornwell.

A Celebration of Life will be hosted by Tracey and Ed Cabana on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 2pm at 450 Calvary Road, Nottingham, PA 19362.
