Walter Wiley Comer Sr.

Walter Wiley Comer Sr., age 71, of Aberdeen, MD, died on August 7, 2011 at Harford Memorial Hospital. He was born August 9, 1940 to father, William H. Comer and mother, Margaret Neal Comer.

He was preceded in death by his son Dennis E. Comer and brother, William H. Comer Jr. He is survived by his loving wife Rochelle M. Comer; sons, Walter W. Comer Jr., Ronald B. Comer Sr.; daughter, Tina M. Comer; grandsons, Ronald B. Comer Jr., Walter W. Comer III and Adam B. Comer; great grandson, Walter W. Comer IV; and great granddaughter, Raina M. Comer. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Walter was co-owner of Whiteford Construction and owner of multiple small businesses throughout the years such as The Marylander Crab Shack and Tina's Hair Dimensions. He was a lifetime member of The American Legion Post 128. He enjoyed playing bluegrass and gospel music with his family and friends at "the shop". Charismatic and generous, he was loved by everyone he met.

Pallbearers will be Walter Comer IV, Ronald Comer Jr., Adam Comer, Jim Osborne, Bill Johnson and Gary Coulter.
