Walter J. Borys Jr.

Walter J. Borys Jr., age 85, of Forest Hill, MD passed away on October 5, 2013 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. Born in Shade Township, PA he was the son of the late Walter Joseph Borys Sr. and Josephine Jakubowski Borys. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served our country in the Korean War and was a machinist for the U.S. Government.

Mr. Borys is survived by his wife, Phyllis Borys of Forest Hill; daughter, Janice Whaley of Essex; step-son, Thomas Cook of Baltimore; brother, Alexander Borys of Delmar, MD; sisters, Josephine Evans of Delmar, MD and Theresa Voelker of Stewartstown, PA. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his step-son, William Cook.
