WALTER FRED FULLER, age 93, of Darlington, died at his home on August 4, 2005. Born in Marion, Virginia, one of eight children, he was the son of the late James Clayton and Hazel Mae Harmon Fuller, and the husband of the late Virginia Pearl Sexton Fuller. A lifetime farmer of several Harford County farms, he was proud of his occupation and active until one year before his death. He worked on John Schenning’s farm and then retired from Medley’s farm, and later he worked on Bill Lay’s farm. He loved hunting, fishing, nature and life.
Mr. Fuller is survived by five sons, Fred Richard Fuller of Churchville, Harry E. Fuller of Havre de Grace, Sherman G. Fuller of Bel Air, Donnie W. Fuller of Orlando, Florida, and Steven L. Fuller of Clearwater, Florida; four daughters, Ella Mae Fadeley of Churchville, Bonnie C. Chandler of Edgewood, Linder D. Eades of Darlington, and Debra Lynn Sullivan of Edgewood; 29 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was predeceased by two daughters, Barbara Simmons and Robin Rae Fuller.
Pallbearers were: Fred Fuller, Harry Fuller, Sherman Fuller, Steve Fuller, Jimmy Eades, and Hank Bumba. Honorary pallbearers were: Kevin Fuller, Donnie Fuller, Benny Lay and Bill Lay.
