W. Glenn Rafferty Jr.

W. Glenn Rafferty Jr., age 71, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on August 29, 2021 at his home. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the son of William Rafferty Sr. and Elizabeth (Noll) Rafferty. Glenn was an extremely talented artist, enjoyed history and in-depth conversations about the Civil War. He ran track hurdling and played basketball in high school and was an avid sports fan and followed the Baltimore Ravens. Glenn was a very gregarious person and attracted people everywhere he went, he could talk to just about anybody.

Glenn is survived by his wife Bette-Jayne Rafferty; daughters, Meghan (Ryan) W. Rafferty Flanders and Amber (Adam) Vick; grandsons, LJ Hanson, Cruz D Flanders and Gabe Ghigliotto; brother, Terry (Karen) Rafferty; sisters, Jeanette (Joseph) Miranda and Mary (Mike) Chase; dear friend, Elaine Strovel and family; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews across the country.
