VIVIAN R. WEATHERLY, age 73, of Forest Hill, died at her home on March 25, 2005. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Catherine Mae McGreevy Nash of Baltimore and the late John Nash. She had worked in accounting for Ladew Topiary Gardens. A resident of Harford County for 26 years, she was a member of the Bel Air Women’s Club, the Red Hat Society and three bridge clubs. She volunteered for many civic organizations. She enjoyed people and life, had many friends, and was very outgoing. She was loved by anyone and everyone who ever met her. She was a survivor of lung cancer for 12 years, then succumbed to a second type of lung cancer. She was an inspiration to many who were diagnosed with cancer.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 52 fantastic years, Sterling F. Weatherly, a brother, Vernon Tamalavicz of Berlin; two sisters, Barbara Rife, of Street and Bonnie Fleck of Baltimore; a niece; and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 572, Bel Air in memory of Vivian R. Weatherly.
