Vivian N. Fulmer

Vivian N. Fulmer, age 100, of Havre de Grace, MD passed away on July 16, 2024, at Union Hospital in Elkton, MD. Born in Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Pealer and Margaret Carns. 

 She was a devout Christian and passionate about encouraging others in the faith. Her love for people was often felt by the hugs she gave, which will be greatly missed. She had a generous spirit and energetic nature which was an inspiration to all who knew her.

 Mrs. Fulmer was preceded in death by her husband's Charles Fulmer and Reverand James Clair; daughters Mary Harmon and Naomi Walther; grandsons Lee Harmon and Eddie Harmon; brothers Bobby Carns, Daniel Carns, Donald Carns, and Thomas Carns.

 She is survived by her son-in-law Jim Walther, granddaughter Jaime Walther, and sister-in-law Martha Carns.

Memorial Service will be held on Friday August 23, 2024, at 7:00pm at the Victorious Faith Fellowship, 106 Rock Spring Church Road, Forest Hill, MD 21050
