Virginia H. Kennedy

Virginia H. Kennedy, age 85, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on December 7, 2014 at Bel Air Health and Rehabilitation in Bel Air. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Edward Jacob and Elizabeth Emma Schwartz Heng. She had worked as a Branch Administrator for Rosedale Federal and was past president of the Maryland Square Dance Federation. She was active in square dancing, and was a member of both the Happy Hookers Knitting Club and the Overlea Homemakers.

Mrs. Kennedy is survived by her husband of 62 years, Gilbert F. Kennedy; son, Gilbert F. Kennedy III and his wife, Ellen, of Bel Air; daughter, Sherron Ann Clark of Abingdon; grandchildren, Jennifer Hanna, Michele Clark, Lauren, Brendan and Megan Kennedy; and great-grandchildren, Alyssa and Christian.

Her father was a Maryland Mason. The Mason's were very helpful to her family. Those who desire, may make a donation to Mt. Ararat Lodge #44, (a Maryland Mason Lodge) whose address is located at 136 E. Gordon Street, Bel Air, MD 21014.
