Virginia B. Rufenacht

June 17, 1921 — August 2, 2003

VIRGINIA B. RUFENACHT, age 82, of Bel Air, died in Mariner Health of Bel Air on August 2, 2003. Born in Lynchburg, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Floyd Amos and Ida Mae Printz Blosser and the wife of the late E. H. Rufenacht, Jr. She had worked as a school teacher for Harford County Public Schools. She was a member of the Fork Christian Church and was a very active member of the church’s senior group called the Ramblers. She had also served as the church organist for over 25 years.

Mrs. Rufenacht is survived by two sons, Michael J. Rufenacht of Forest Hill; Gregory C. Rufenacht of Forest Hill; one daughter, Bonnie C. Zellmer of Baltimore; one sister, Mary Elizabeth Preston of Bel Air; five grandchildren, Heather Boswell of Glen Burnie; Richard Schruefer of Yuba City, California; Barbara Wagner of Canoga Park, California; Corinne Rufenacht of Bel Air; Joshua Rufenacht of Bel Air; and one great-granddaughter, Jessie Schruefer of Yuba City, California..
