Violet Tilley Schreiner, age 90, longtime resident of Bel Air, MD passed away on April 10, 2013 at Kennedy Hospital in Stratford, NJ. Born in Mt. Airy, NC she was the youngest daughter of popular Bel Air builder the late Millard Fillmore and Daisy Jane Seal Tilley and the wife of the late Frank L. Schreiner. A homemaker, she was a graduate of Bel Air High School class of 1939, attended business school, and worked at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
She loved being in her home, reading, enjoyed cats, flowers, and most especially her husband, daughter, and family. She belonged to Christ Our King Presbyterian Church in Bel Air and sang in the choir.
Most recently she was a resident of The Gardens at Crosskeys in Glassboro, NJ. Fondly remembered as 'Monkey and 'NaNa' (pronounced neigh-neigh) by her family, she will be fondly remembered for her young at heart spirit and adorable smile.
Mrs. Schreiner is survived by her daughter, Jayne S. Rhynard and husband, James E. of Sewell, NJ; and brother W. Reeves Tilley of Potomac, MD. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brother Emory F. Tilley and sister Evelyn L. Tilley.
Pallbearers were Dennis Tilley, Rick Tilley, Paul Tilley, Steve Tilley, James Rhynard, Ahmad Parvizian, and Larry Tilley.
