Vincent Louis Caperna

Vincent Louis Caperna, age 90, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on July 28, 2018 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of Luigi and Adelina (Geralico) Caperna and was the husband of the late Margarita R. Caperna. He was a U.S. Navy veteran who served his country during WWII. He loved his family and watching his children succeed. He also loved his dogs, going to the gun range, and airplanes. He enjoyed reading.

Mr. Caperna is survived by son, Roman M. Caperna; daughter, Stephanie M. Caperna Schulz; four grandchildren, Vinny Caperna, Tony Caperna, Christian Schulz, and Adelena Schulz; great grandchild, AJ Caperna; sister, Sandy; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by siblings, Lena, Moody, Gene, and Alex.
