Victoria Ann Crouse, 67, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away on February 22, 2025, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Robert Kraft and Claire (Kuehl) Ulsch and the beloved wife of Phillip Crouse.
Victoria dedicated her life to her family, finding her greatest joy in being a devoted homemaker and mother. She had a deep love for music, with a special fondness for classic rock bands like The Rolling Stones and Aerosmith. In her early years, she played the flute, a passion that reflected her appreciation for the arts. She also enjoyed her Ford Mustangs and drove them often when she could.
Victoria had an adventurous spirit and a love for the ocean, often spending time at the beach collecting seashells and making cherished memories on trips to Ocean City. She had a remarkable ability to make any moment fun, bringing laughter and warmth to those around her.
Beyond her love for family and fun, Vicki had a desire to help others. In Baltimore, she completed a program to become a Patient Advocate, Her erythromelalgia prevented her from working full time but she used her knowledge to help friends and family whenever she could.
Victoria will be remembered for her intelligence, kindness, and the joy she brought to those who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
In addition to her husband, Victoria is survived by her sons, Mark Crouse and Michael Crouse; sister, Robin Kraft; brother, Jude Kraft; three sisters-in-law, Tami Miller (Gene Miller), Debra Crouse (the late William Zube), Linda O;Toole (the late Donald); Daughter-in-law Briana Neal Crouse and grandchildren, Nathan Crouse, and Bridget Crouse. In addition to her parents, Victoria was preceded in death by stepfather, William Ulsch.
