Vesta Civilla Harshbarger

VESTA CIVILLA HARSHBARGER, age 93, of Bel Air, MD, died on September 17, 2008 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Lewistown, PA, she was the daughter of the late James Herman and Maude Bell Bender Koons and the wife of the late Edgar M. Harshbarger. She was a long time member of Trinity Lutheran Church and was very active in the ladies group. She worked for 10 years as a timekeeper for American Viscose Company in Lewistown, PA, 16 years as an Electronics Assembler for Bendix and 4 years as a timekeeper for a laundry service. She enjoyed crocheting, crafts and cards.

Mrs. Harshbarger is survived by a son, Harry R. Harshbarger of Fallston, MD; dear friends Lydia and Jimmy Anderson; and nieces and nephews.
