V. Buddy E. Hall

Vernal Edis Hall, age 79, of Street, Maryland passed away on August 9, 2022 at his home. Born in Grundy, Virginia, he was the son of Vernal and Polly (Keen) Hall. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines and worked for Pepsi Cola as a fleet manager before becoming an owner/operator truck driver. He was very good at what he did for a lot of years and loved his 18-wheeler. He was a member of Bel Forest Baptist Church since 1969 where he served as deacon. Vernal enjoyed relaxing at home, loved to deer hunt and work on vehicles.

Vernal is survived by his wife who he married in 1966, Helen Hall; daughter, Lee (Stephen) Gibson; and grandchildren, Brandon Michael Hall and Private Tyler Christopher Hall.

In addition to his parents, 4 brother and 2 sisters, Vernal was preceded in death by his son, Bryan Hall, who was well loved by his parents.
