Tom Rose

THOMAS MACK ROSE, better known as Tom, age 80, of Warrensville, NC, died Friday, August 1, 2008 at his home. Mr. Rose was born May 10, 1928 in Bridle Creek, VA to the late Walker and Ester Lonia Ward Rose. Formerly of Bel Air, he moved in 1999. He was retired from Bethlehem Steel after 31 years, where he worked as a foreman in the shipyard. He loved hunting and fishing.

Mr. Rose is survived by his wife Cecil E. Rose of Warrensville, NC; three step-daughters, Teresa Locklear of Aberdeen, MD, Kitty Duggan of Bel Air, MD, and Karen Alvarev of Aberdeen, MD; a son, Thomas Charles Rose of South Carolina; nine step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Robert Heavner, Ryan Heavner, and Jeff Locklear.
